Clark Kellogg
Clark is the energetic keystone of many design-oriented organizations and initiatives, contributing his clear-eyed direction and invaluable strategic envisioning skills. His company, Kellogg Consulting/Communication by Design, provides strategic design and planning for identities, brands, print and web communications. Clark practices architecture, graphic design, identity design and communication design. He is the designer of the OCSC Sailing logo and is our resident design and brand guru.
In addition to his design practice, Clark teaches at UC Berkeley's College of Environmental Design about uses of design beyond buildings and about design communication.
Clark ran his own design firm in New York for 14 years as well as holding senior design positions at Chong Partners Architecture, Pentagram Design, State Street Corporation and The Nature Company. Currently he is in a first-phase start-up of a new venture that creates tools, information and products for families to reduce the use of fossil fuel energy in their homes. Clark is on the Board of Directors of the Spark Design Awards. He is the immediate past President of the UC Berkeley, College of Environmental Design Alumni Association and past board member of the Corporate Design Foundation.
